We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days via Royal Mail or DPD, while express options are available at checkout for next-day delivery.

Yes, we ship our range of hydration packs, apparel, and electronics worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
What is your returns policy for footwear and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure that shoes have only been tried on indoors to remain eligible for a full refund or exchange.
How do I know which size hydration vest or pack to choose?
Each product page includes a specific size guide. We recommend measuring your chest circumference while wearing your typical running layers to ensure a snug, bounce-free fit for your ultra-marathon training.
Are your products covered by a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all technical gear and electronics sold by Centurion Running are covered by a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear from trail usage.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you need to modify your order, please contact our support team immediately. Once an order has reached the 'Dispatched' status, we are unable to make changes, but you can initiate a return once it arrives.
